Since enrolled users don't have a group list, creation of new lists by
the same name or mailing list name-changes to the name of an enrolled
user are an easy mistake for users. Setting up a user with a pobox
without checking to see if there is already a mailing list by that
name is another mistake.

Currently, mail to "cod@athena" goes to the pobox, so the users on the
cod list are wondering what's up.
There is no easy fix to this situation. One thing that could be done
on the server side is to disallow creation or renaming of lists to the
same name as a current user by anyone not on dbadmin.
On the client side, warnings could be printed when a new user being
created or renamed matches the name of an existing list, or when a new
_mailing_ list being created matches the name of an existing user.
No, I don't have all the details worked out, but the problem exists.
