In preparation for upgrading the hardware of the current moira
server, I'd like to upgrade ttsp to new hardware sometime early next
week. This will most likely involve an extended outage of ttsp Tuesday
or Wednesday evening; I'll try to avoid starting during the day since
several people seem to be actively using ttsp for developing new clients
right now.
The upgrade will also involve nuking ttsp's db and reloading it
from moira unless someone lets me know that they have state in the db
currently on ttsp.
