In mailhub.gen...
It's pulling the list of valid mail servers from the set of pop_ids in the
user table in get_info(). This list needs to be added with the set of unique
file servers pointed to by the imap filsys entries as well. Out of
randomness, a few people happen to have pop_ids pointing to po12.mit.edu and
this is why it works at all.
If it's working properly, testuser should appear on po14.
