I just migrated a bunch of staff to AFS home directories, and it would
appear that when a NFS filesystem is 'ufil'ed to an AFS filesystem,
the old user quota is being used to set a new 'filesystem ANY
system:anyuser' quota, but the old 'filesystem USER username' quota is
not being deleted.
