If the log host field for a printer is set to [none], the hp file created
on tkl has the following two lines with missing parameters:
allow:
trap-dest:
This turned up with the printer 'nice', which appears to be the only
example of an hp printer with an empty loghost, and prevented nice from
booting.
I would also suggest that 'loghost: [none]' is inappropriate for a network
boot printer, but enforcing that maybe too much trouble.
