This is broken in the 7.0 release: if you attempt to set a pobox to a
foreign address, the pobox will be deleted. I have installed a fixed
version of moira into the moira locker, and chpobox still works.
This isn't really a showstopper, but if there's going to be a 7.0G, we
may want to fix this. It's a missing break statement;
/mit/moiradev/src/clients/moira/pobox.c has been updated.
