SOmeone on -i help was unable to run moira, because he didn't have teh
relevant entries in /etc/services. This caused me to notice that
moira_{db,update,ureg} are not in hesiod, but sms_{db,update,ureg}
are. However, that doesn't appear to be relevant, since it doesn't
look like anything calls hes_getsrvbyname().
