The problem is that network NONE is listed as having the range 0.0.0.0
to 0.0.0.0. If we fixed it so the range ended at 255.255.255.255, it
should work. Does that sound like the right thing to you?
(The other problem is that the moira client claims the network NONE
doesn't exist when you try to modify it (must be some bug in how the
queries are implemented, since it is there in the backups), so we'll
have to do it in SQL.)
