Hi. Please use `moiradev@mit.edu', not `moira@mit.edu': this reaches
only the people who are hacking on the system, instead of everyone
interested in it.
If you grab the moira 3.01 distribution from
ftp://athena-dist.mit.edu/pub/ATHENA/moira/moira.tar.Z
it has more documentation that may help you decide whether or not it
can be made to do what you want (and whether or not it would be worth
it---Moira is a large, complicated system, and making changes to it
requires some degree of familiarity with the code.)
