So, this is probably so low in priority to be classified as something
we don't care about, but:
With the new restriction against being able to rename a list to the
same name as another account, it is no longer possible to modify the
list characteristics of a liast that already exists with the same name
as another account (without dbadmin bits). (Presumable updating the
list membership would still work, though.)
