It's true, for large enough values of 14. :) [count again---it's 16]

Moira has no concept of warnings: either something succeeds or it
doesn't. And the clients currently have no way of checking the lengths
that the server will accept for different arguments.
I've suggested making the server return an error here before ([1020]
in Moira). I _thought_ someone was against it, but it looks like
everyone agreed. So I guess I'll do that... :)
