"line" appears to have belonged to a Caroline Hornstein.
Not sure why the associate user group had HD pointers
on it.

I'm copying the whole thing to bug-moira in case this
is due to some db inconsistency.

   Hi,
We got email apparently addressed to someone who's account was deactivated
    hes line
FILSYS: ERR Locker deactivated; contact 253-1325 for help

However, when I do an expn of that address, I see that the mail is directed
to the Help Desk and somewhere I'm not familiar with:
   expn line
220 MIT.EDU Sendmail 5.61/1.10 (MIT Mailhub) No collect or third-number
   calls at
    Tue, 13 Jan 98 10:54:10 EST
250 MIT.EDU Hello imagineer.MIT.EDU, pleased to meet you
   250-<micro-help-mtg@menelaus.LOCAL>
   250-<computer-help-mtg@menelaus.LOCAL>
   250 <help@team-usa.mit.edu>
   221 MIT.EDU closing connection

Then when I use blanche -i I get:

    blanche -i line
   List: line
   Description: User Group
   Flags: inactive, private, and visible
line is not a maillist and is a group with GID 29549
   Owner: USER line

can anyone explain this behavior? Can we make this address line@mit.edu
go away so that mail will bounce properly?

   thanks,
   Alicia
