No.
I don't know what they are. They were in the registrar's data file
that the moira database was loaded from. Perhaps they were using that
field in their database for something else over the summer?
At any rate, if users fix their phone numbers, they'll stay fixed, and
if they don't, then once the registrar fixes the data feed to moira,
the student load program will fix them itself.
