Deleting filsys entries

I had a vague recollection that this bug was fixed...was I confused?

In case it was not obvious...I was trying to delete a bunch of filsys entries
for org lockers. The delete filsys not only failed to delete the volume
(which is normal) but it also failed to fs rmm the mount point.
