Dan discovered that moirad appearantly has a limit of 2048 lists that
it will return, we appearantly recently exceeded this. I suspect we
need to bump a limit and rebuild moirad, but Dan can tell you if I'm
really confused. I don't have any reason to believe this query is
being run any more often than it was 2 weeks ago.
