For those of you not on moira-commits, I just checked in an initial
copy of the Moira 4 code. (It's not actually from the tree I've been
building from, because that tree has some gross hacks in the Makefiles
and such. But the diffs are minimal, and it does build, and I'll test
everything again on ttsp.)
I cvs tagged what was in /mit/moiradev/src as MOIRA3_FINAL and then
did a cvs update and tagged the new stuff as MOIRA4_INITIAL.
The tree in the opssrc locker isn't updated yet.
