I have installed the new moira server. This supports group quotas and
printer accounting. Most old moira clients will continue to work
fine, but if you need to manipulate printers or quotas, be sure to use
the client from the 7.0 release or the ones in the moira locker.
For those of you who login to SMS.MIT.EDU to check the logs or restart
the server, some names have changed. Everything is still in the same
directories, but the server is now called /u1/sms/bin/moirad and is
started by /u1/sms/bin/startmoira. The log file is in
/u1/sms/bin/moira.log.
