I built the netbsd and linux moira clients (in
~moiradev/arch/{i386_nbsd1,i386_linux2}/build/) and installed them in
the moira locker (and then got Matt to release it). So the sipb-athena
syspacks can now find the binaries there (either with symlinks or
attach-and-run scripts).
I also installed the improved mrtest and bugfixed blanche for all
platforms. The old mrtest is still installed as mrtest.old in case
something goes wrong with the new one.
