Jonathon and I rebuilt blanche for sgi, solaris, sunos, ultrix, and
aix, and installed it in the moira locker. At the same time, I deleted
some old build trees Jonathon had made a long time ago, and some old
source trees I'd left around at various points during the CVS
migration, and rearranged some other things.
moiradev now uses the `arch' naming scheme. Build trees are in
arch/@sys/build, and links to binaries in the moira locker are in
arch/@sys/bin.

PS - blanche doesn't build on the vax now because I foolishly added
the line `#include <stdlib.h>' to it. The rest of the Athena source
tree is moving towards requiring POSIXness, so I don't see any problem
with us doing it too.
