Accomplishments past period
- Engaged a discussion with Facilities' Operational Leadership Team (OLT)
around priorities given current budget realities.
- Reviewed drafts in the planning team of some new sections for the report
that address defects identified by various groups.
Goals for the coming period
- Engage a discussion about structure & thrust of final report with
representatives from Facilities' Strategic Leadership Team (SLT)
- Continue to write/edit sections of the report to address the report's
defects.
Issues
- Nothing new this fortnight. Meetings have become the project ;(.
Key learnings
- Properly facilitated, any group can be helpful in brainstorming ways to
proceed after you've overcome the shock of bad news.
Team dynamics
- Planning team is holding together, in spite of the confusion induced by
the budget letter.
