Analyzing the possibilities for PDA support.

Determine client-side/support requirements.
Analyze possibility of supporting node-networks.
Next community milestone:
None.
Issues:
The Oracle purchase of Steltor is a major issue that may have
an impact on this project.
Key learnings:
From peer institution surveys, found out how other schools
have implemented Corporate Time, especially around account creation
and management.
Team dynamics:
I think the team has come together nicely. There has been a
good exchange of ideas and information.
