--Met with the team to review the Final report.
-Completed the report and presented it to the sponsor.
-Sent out the changes from the team and the sponsor for review.
-Met with ITAG to discuss the proposed technology for the project.
-Met with the Delivery director and EAST team leader to discuss the project.
* Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
-Incorporate the changes and send out the Final report.
-Put the report in the Project Notebook.
-Send out a project completion announcement.
-Celebrate with the team.
