*Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)

 - Formulated questions for MIT survey
 - Publicized survey through MIT Home Spotlight, IS Spotlight, mail lists,
   Tech Talk ad, ITPartners meeting
 - Administered survey
 - Collected data
 - Formulated questions for Common Solutions Group
 - Sent questions out. Very little response, but indications are that
ours is the most comprehensive investigation
 - Began planning focus groups for faculty, DLC support providers,
   students, administrative staff

*Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)

 - Scan news groups, business news, vendor information to determine
   market trends
 - Conduct focus groups mentioned above
 - Complete data analysis of MIT survey
 - Begin circulating data to interested IS teams
 - Consult Network Security on relevant issues

* Next Community Milestone

 - Focus groups during 2nd and 3rd weeks of June

*Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?

 - Focus groups won't be completed until late June, so our picture of
support requirements will be delayed by a couple of weeks. It should
be possible to compensate elsewhere in the schedule, though.

*Do we need any additional information from the client, stakeholders, sponsor?

*Issues/Key Learnings

*Team Dynamics

 - Interest and participation level remain high. It's a great team.
