</u>Phase 1 of the Athletics Discovery Project was completed on November
16, 2001. The Final Report was presented to the sponsor (you can access
it through the URL above).<br>

<u>Goals for the coming period:<br>

</u>- Wrap-up meeting: celebration and, plus and delta.<br>
- Phase 2 is postponed until the Phase 1 implementation starts and
progresses to some degree. <br>

</u>The project was very teaching in very many ways. One of the learnings
is having budgeting as deadline for a discovery project is not the best
idea. :)<br>
