Formed team.
Set up team mailing list and discuss meeting.
Held team kick-off meeting.
Set regular team meeting time.
Created Project Notebook.
Developed draft of a survey for use as part of the internal environmental scan.
Tested the draft survey.
Developed preliminary list of internal customers to survey.
Completed preliminary peer institution environmental scan.
Goals for the coming period:
Finalize internal survey based on feedback.
Finalize list of customers to survey.
Begin internal surveying process.
Conduct more in depth interviews with representatives from schools
identified in the preliminary peer institution environmental scan.
Team Dynamics:
Good. We're adding a team member, Joey Gottinger.
