Accomplishments past period:
- Got the team up and running.
- Completed Internal and External scans.
- Developed a working relationship with Athena Server Ops.
- Set up test machines for the SSL and SSH2 protocols.
- Finalized list of possible clients and began testing them.
- Touched base with all identified stakeholders.
Goals for the coming period:
- Finish Testing.
- Finish review of I/S documentation regarding secure FTP.
- Come to a consensus on which product to recommend.
- Begin write up of report (i.e. first draft).
- Check in with ITAG.
Issues:
- None.
Key learnings:
- Only one product supports Kerberos at this time: filezilla.
Team dynamics:
- Good.
Additional comments:
- The project is behind by about a week due to illnesses, etc.
- It is anticipated that the Discovery portion of this project will be
brought to closure during the week of December 19th.
