Name of project : Athletics Discovery
Accomplishments past period:
Had an introductory meeting with Candace, Tim and Deb Fairchild.
Discovery approach and the need for one person in the core discovery team
from Athletics to represent the department are discussed.
Candace provided a list for Athletics internal and external contacts.
Goals for the coming period:
Meet with Tim on structure of information collecting process.
Schedule regular meetings with Candace. In the first meeting with her,
review project charter draft, finalize the scope and identify the person
from the Athletics in the core team.
