Accomplishments of the past period:
- Met with Leigh Firm, head of COUHES committee; he agreed to having COUHES
review survey guidelines and provide input
- Checked in with sponsor (Phil Clay) around issues we've heard; decision
to create advisory group to address policy issues made; would be a group
formed for Delivery work
- Learned more about peer practices from IVY+CIO list
- Drafted discovery report table of contents (and made writing assignments :)
Goals for the coming period:
- Put together draft recommendation with draft delivery plan
- Schedule check-ins with students and potential advisory group members
- Continue identifying support issues and pilots
Team dynamics:
- Good; this week and most of next are homework weeks for digesting,
writing and vacationing.
