Accomplishments of the past period:
- Met with Steve Dowdy (OSP) & Pam Greenley (EHS) to review their training
needs and what they short-term solutions they have with NetCasers (EHS) and
Charles River Publishing.
- Had a vendor demo on TrainCaster by NetCasters - they have been asked to
prepare a quote for MIT to host this product.
- Began set of features for web-based training, and discussed it with Mike
Barker
Goals for the coming period:
- Brainstorm options for web-based training with OSP; they may delay their
short-term vendor solution for another option
- Identify other training stakeholders and review feature list with them
Issues:
- None not reflected above
Key learnings:
- None.
Team dynamics:
- not quite a "team" yet; it feels like a coordination project at this
time, with Esther Yanow assisting
