Accomplishments of the past period:
* Refined recommendation for Deliverable #2: Content Delivery
* Held final student focus group
* Circulated student and faculty wish lists for prioritization
* Reviewed prioritized lists to find the top 5-10 items.
* Drafted summaries of 7 wish list items to be presented at the next
stakeholder's meeting. Summaries include:
- description of the item
- background and current environment
- findings of the team
- short term wins
- long term vision
- issues and risks
* Planned for stakeholder's meeting.
Goals for the coming period:
* Review findings and recommendations with sponsors. (17 April )
* Hold Stakeholder's meeting (18 April) to seek input on high priority
wish list items and the recommendation for content delivery.
* Finish merging prioritized wish lists.
* Begin final report.
