The April Project Team Leaders Meeting meeting is next Friday, April 13 (Yes, Friday the 13th!) at 10:30AM in W92-199. This the agenda so far:
The primary topics of discussion are the two new additions to the web page outlining Project Leader Responsibilities at http://web.mit.edu/pm/projectresp.html Specifically, there is a new section on concluding or closing out projects. An important part of that the close out is the Project Member Performance Appraisal, which is being introduced this month. For those who did not see it at Ilead, this process description can be found at http://web.mit.edu/is/competency/team-eval/
Also there will be an update on progress on the major academic initiatives as well roundtable. If there are other topics you like to suggest, please do so.
