Accomplishments past period:
- No major accomplishments since last reporting period
Goals for the coming period:
- Make significant progress on completing the installation of our three
test web mail products
Issues:
We continue to encounter delays in finishing the installation of our
three test web mail products. We have accomplished quite a bit of work
toward installing the first of the three products, EMU Mail. However,
further installation activity on this product has been deferred pending
receipt of a workaround from EMU Mail Support regarding an installation
problem that was encountered. We have started in earnest installing the
second of our three test products, IMP. We hope to show significant
progress with this product soon and then move on to our third and final
test product, Silky Mail.
Key learnings:
- Sometimes things are simply more complicated than we expect.
Team dynamics:
- Seem to be doing fine. Anne Salemme has redoubled her efforts to move
the installation work forward.
