Accomplishments past period:
- Held our second team meeting
- Continued work on installation of our 3 web mail test products
- Completed development of evaluation forms for use in product testing
Goals for the coming period:
- Complete installation of three test web mail products
Issues:
- We have encountered some delay in finishing the installation of our
test web mail products. This has taken a bit longer than projected. We
seem to be making tangible progress though. We hope to be ready to begin
testing within two weeks, representing a net 2 - 2 1/2 week delta from
the original project schedule.
Key learnings:
- Should have projected a slightly longer time window for getting the
test products installed and operational given our lack of experience
with this category of application.
Team dynamics:
- Seem to be doing fine.
