Just FYI, gang. I'd love to attend but I'm forced to use some theater
tickets which have already been purchased. ;-)

Abstract:
"Through the Looking Glass - How to do a Post Project Review"

"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
George Santayana

Post Project Reviews are a recognized and highly recommended project
improvement tool that helps groups profit from past successes and learn
from past mistakes. It is a critical component of effective project
management and should never be forgotten, overlooked, or ignored. Your
efforts to reflect on and document lessons learned may not only help you
improve and reduce time on your next project but, by sharing your
learning with your fellow project managers, you might help them save
time on their projects as well.

Barbara Purchia will present a systematic approach to facilitating and
using post project review results. This presentation will describe what
a Post Project Review is, when to do one, how to do it, what should be
captured, and what to do with the results. It will also cover case
studies from real projects, including real-life some benefits that have
occurred as a result of using Post Project Reviews over time.
