Good morning,

Based on the input I've received from you, I'd like to confirm that that
the Disc/Del/Int project leaders will meet on Friday, Jan. 19 at 10:30
in W92 (place to be determined). Please be on time; we plan to begin
promptly at 10:30.

Thanks very much,
Greg

The agenda for the meeting:

I. Intro / capture Roundtable items.
II. Discussion Topic:

Team formation: What are your experiences, learnings, and ideas related
to staffing for IS projects? For example; what happens as projects move
from planning to action? What is important to team leaders in forming
project teams, identifying roles, skills, and availability? What has
worked and what hasn't worked for you in team formation? After a project
team is up and running, how do you sustain the work and dynamics of the
team? What is the 'end-game' for teams as projects near completion?
What happens to teams as projects transition across processes (Disc ->
Del)? How can we improve our team staffing activities?

Update items:
1. Sponsor Survey - preliminary results from the Delivery Process
2. Proposed EAST (Enterprise Application Software Team)
3. Usability testing and its role in projects
4. Customer Satisfaction Survey
5. Software Capitalization

Roundtable items as identified.
