Accomplishments past period:
- Met with twocents group to discuss work done to date.
Recommendations were well received
- Met with Valerie Chin and Cecilia Talamantes to discuss whether and
how the transaction system could help with financial reporting and
forecasting.
- Evaluated two commercial software products. Utilization of
Casetracker still seems to be the best strategic approach, yet we
wanted to get a flavor of the features and functionality that
off-the-shelf products offer these days.
Goals for next period:
- Meet with CSRs to follow up on a few items that came out of twocents meeting
- Complete Discovery work by mid-January
- Write report
Issues:
-None
Key learnings:
-Planning pays off. The pieces have fit together nicely and everyone
seems comfortable with the direction the transaction system is taking.
