Accomplishments Past Period:
- Expanded transaction system wish list and shared it with a limited
audience (so far) to solicit feedback
- Started conversations with Cecilia and Valerie to get their input on if
and how much VDIST and Network financial pieces should be in the project
scope. FY01 rebudgeting and FY02 budget prep have made it difficult to
find time to talk about this in any detail.
Goals for Coming Period:
- Share the wish list document more widely and solicit input
- Get more feedback on what, if any, financial pieces should be in scope
- Check in with the Gang of Three (Roger, Dennis, and Nate)
