Hello,

At the end of this message you will find the latest revision of the Sponsor Survey. At the Project Leaders meeting on September 22nd, there were extensive simplifications proposed and these have been incorporated. Thanks to all for very constructive comments.

The plan is still that the "Project" Process Directors (Greg, Susan, and Bob) would send a survey quarterly to each of the project sponsors. In this case, "projects" are just those listed in the Project Database (soon to be to ISwork database.) Project Team Leaders and Team Members are not required to do anything but would receive any useful feedback. The first survey should be sent out in mid-October via e-mail. If possible, the e-mail would include a URL to the survey tabulating software IS has just purchased; but if this software is not ready then, the entire survey text would be incorporated in the body of the message.

Once again, thanks for the help in refining this survey.

Cheers, Bob
