Hello Project Team Leaders,
At the end of this message you will find the latest revision of the Sponsor Satisfaction Survey. It will be used in a different way than the other Customer Surveys planned for the next few months. In this one, the idea is that "Project" Process Directors (Greg, Susan, and Bob) would send a survey quarterly to each of the project sponsors. Among other uses, the tabulated returns would be one of our Process Metrics.
Please note that Project Team Leaders and Team Members are not required to do anything regarding this survey, but we do want to make sure you are aware of it and how it will be used. We'd appreciate your thoughts at any time. There will be opportunity for group discussion of this and other process metrics at the next Project Leaders meeting, now planned for Friday September 22nd in W92 from 10-12.
Cheers, Bob
