Good afternoon,
You may remember my message earlier in the spring asking for your
interest in a half-day offsite for celebration, education, and looking
ahead for Discovery.
With apologies for being late in my follow-up, the responses I
received have been generally favorable as long as there is real value in
such a meeting to make it worth your time investment. I've been working
with Tim and Matt on an agenda that I believe will accomplish that purpose.
With Jane, I have been working on the logistics for such a half-day.
At present, it looks like this:

What: Discovery off-site
When: Thurs. July 13
           12 - 4 pm
Where: TBD - somewhere on or close to campus

Rough Agenda:
Lunch
Opening Remarks
Updates/Awareness
Keynote speaker
Celebration/Recognition
Closing
