Accomplishments past period:
-Posted the team's charter and project plan to the project's homepage
-Drafted web-based survey to determine needs for a higher speed network
connectivity service
-Drafted text for web spotlight pointing to the survey and an ad for The Tech
Goals for the coming period:
-go live with the spotlight and web survey (17 March)
-complete a matrix of vendors and services to be used in vendor interviews
-schedule meetings with "heavy" tether users
-schedule meeting with Jim Bruce and other "stakeholders"
Issues:
-determining additional staff resources for the Discovey phase off this
project
-determining all the stakeholders
