- Met with 3 Vendors
- Completed Customer Surveys
- Collected traffic statistics
- Drafted initial documents for possible outcomes and existing environment
- Visited SAP in Waltham for an all day presentation on Nov. 17
- Updated Project Notebook
- Sponsor check-in
Goals for the coming period:
- Complete customer survey analysis
- Meet with one more vendor
- Begin work on Project Report
- Choose a recommendation based on possible solutions
- Work on requirements and answer Discovery questions
- Work with FBC to check financial concerns
- Plan for presentation to Sponsor
Issues:
- None

- There is never enough time, but we should be able to complete soon.
