Hi Dave,

Thank you for your suggestions.  It is tough and I feel that you cannot
have a lot of success without cooperation from the team members.  I am
going to speak directly with the team member and hopefully try a more
creative way for this person to participate.  I am hoping it does not
affect the outcome of our work....time will tell.
