Goals from first meeting
1 Collect information about 5E traffic and get clarification on terminology.
2 Determine who is responsible for update of MIT online directories and
MITdir first name lookup.
3 Develop a customer questionnaire
4 Indentify key customers

- Collected a list of key customers for interviews
- Completed first draft of a customer questionnaire
- Got some calrification on the MIT online directories....need further
information.
Goals for the coming period
- Complete questionnaire
- Conduct customer interviews
- Gather list of potential vendors and product information
- Gather traffic statistics
