Note: this is the final discovery project's status report!
Accomplishments for the past period:
- finalized contract for Moore North America technology watch
consulting effort; held lengthy conference call with Moore to
clarify requirements and current service status
- held an upbeat and productive project debriefing meeting with Greg
- produced bulleted project highlights for JDB for use with the ASPCC
- scheduled 11/3 kickoff meeting for the delivery phase
- Postscript service is in production use by CAO
- met with Debra Wiley to clarify some QA issues with SAP printing
Goals for the coming period:
- meet with Rob Smyser and Bill Hogue regarding their potential
ownership of several recommendations

Team dynamics:
We had a very strong team after the staffing issues were finally
resolved. Kudos go to Mary Ellen Bushnell, Lynne Durland and
Tim McGovern for all their fine work and dedication on this project.
Also, I'd like to acknowledge the tremendous courage and dedication
of Carol VanAken.
