I have a couple of questions.
I have made progress in forming a team for the Extended Voice Direectory
Services @MIT, but am not getting a response from 2 of the 5 team members
for our first meeting. any good ideas for this other than scheduling the
meeting and hoping they come? I also worry about the commitment of these
team members. I can establish all the team roles and responsibilities, but
cannot guarantee that members will be engaged. How have others dealt with
this issue? I would like to leave talking to their TL/Manager as a last
resort.
