Project Name: Enterprise Printing
Project Leader: Dave Lambert
Report Date: 07/30/1999
Project Notebook: http://web.mit.edu/is/discovery/enter-print/

Accomplishments for the past period:
- received the HP 8100DN pilot PostScript printer; set it up;
requested it be added to SAP & APS; requested an IP address
- completed a third draft of the Business Analysis Report
- worked with CAO to identify additional production reports and
associated volumes for the PostScript pilot
- scheduled meeting with Roach, Regan & Ferrara for 8/10 to discuss
discovey to delivery transition - resources, timing and priorities

Goals for the coming period:
- print first CAO production reports on the new PostScript printer
- hold discovery to delivery transition meeting; hopefully secure
a firm calendar commitment (see issues section below)
- make adjustments to the distributed printing recommendations based
  on check-out feedback from Support & R3-Admin
- schedule ITLT check-out
- produce second draft of RFS

Issues:
Issues continue to be raised regarding the timing of the delivery
effort. This is troubling given the prior commitments to move forward.

Key learnings:
 none

Team dynamics:
 Just peachy.

Additional comments:
 none
