1. Bob Basch, Thomas Bushnell, Bill Cattey, and Mike Barker exchanged email
concerning directions.
2. Fuzzballs discussed the need for such a facility in relation to Stopit
complaints about tying up multiple machines.
Goals for the coming period
1. Draft a "remaining steps" summary and circulate.
Issues
1. Change to technically better solution (forwarded tickets, better
software base) is fairly major investment.
2. Lack of sizing is hindering further development.
Key learnings
1. Roll-out (or production) issues are not willingly discussed.
2. Doing a project without commitment of resources isn't very successful.
