Accomplishments for the past period:
- completed business analysis report V.1
- performed successful proof of concept test of PostScript HP D640
printer with much help from Bil Huxley; unfortunately, we
discovered the printer would no longer by marketed as of 7/1
- developed first draft of recommendations, guidelines and policies
- finalized discovery project closure plans
- held focus group with AAC
- held vendor presentation (Cypress) with business folks and other MITers
Goals for the coming period:
- work with Greg to finalize RFS and contact consultants; maybe delayed
due to vacation schedules
- regroup re pilot PostScript service printer; dropdead date for
this service is 8/1
- schedule more formal delivery meeting with Ferrara (carryover)
- finalize list of recommendations, guidelines & policies

Team dynamics:
Feels good to see the deliverables hitting the table after a long
haul. Lynne's on summer schedule for office hours but team face
time requirements are minimal.
