Good morning everyone,
Below is a training announcement from MIT's Performance Consulting
& Training (PC&T) group announcing a Mastering Meetings training session
for July 7 & 8 (there is also a session scheduled for Aug. 17 & 18, please
go their web page given below).
I would encourage you to attend. Recently, I attended the four day
Essential Facilitation Class and found it very worthwhile. The course
content, hands-on experience, and facilitation tools are well organized and
valuable in many settings far beyond meetings. For those of us involved in
projects, there is a complementary aspect to this facilitation training and
our focus on project management.
If you know of others who may be interested, please pass this
message along,

Thanks,

Greg
